No breakfast included , however for a 150 quid it would have been nice to have a tea bag to make a brew , not even a condiment on offer

The cleanliness !!! The finger nails in the draw , having to.move as soon as we got there ,the smell of raw sewerage in the bathroom, the curly lino next to the toilet, the fingerprints on curtains , the dirty toilet roll ..........shall I carry on?

Great location as we were visiting for Aberystwyth university open day. Well equipped, clean, great views.

Couldn't get heating to work but as we were out all day didn't have time to chase it up. Just wore extra layers

Great location for Aberystwyth Uni which was the purpose of our visit. The shower was good and powerful in the double room. Liked the en suite bathrooms for both bedrooms although didn't know that beforehand so only bought items as of one bathroom.

Unfortunately the heating didn't work. We didn't raise it as we were out most of the time so just wore extra layer when at property on the evening. Bathroom door did not lock.

we got upgraded to the milk parlour which was a lovely bonus

all good, a few tea bags and some milk would have been a bonus but I’m nitpicking

The house was in a lovely location & very nice seating area outside.

Our bedroom door didnt close and the floorboards moved when you walked on them, making a horrendous noise. We also had to wash all the pans as still had dried food from previous guests. But despite this we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Lovely place .very comfortable .ideal for families

Only got one TV channel .xxx didn't worry us too much .

Rooms were to a good standard, pool was great Facilities were good The site was not too busy, did not feel crowded Quiet, relaxing short stay Keys in door on arrival

The rooms could benefit from some minor maintenance Fittings (shelf) in the bathroom loose Banister on stairs loose No internet with the package TV signal kept breaking up Some electrical sockets were faulty (would not except a plug) Spar bath was out of order
