I couldn’t find the hot water.

Needed a last minute stay so we could go out at night and man when we walked in the and the ac hut is the shower was life nice and hot some actually pressure ! Best place for a quick spot to get some rest and take a good shower

Loved the location of property. Close walk to La placita and market

Very nice place and great location, only issue was to find parking on some days

Bathroom was very nice. However, the kitchen faucet did not work, the Tv in the bedroom did not work and the security gate out front did not lock. Had to contact the property to get check in info because they did not send it to me even 2 hrs before.

This hotel was beautifully decorated with places you can sit and relax with your free time. The room was accommodating for one. It’s an older construction but definitely severed its purpose for flying out being 10 minutes from the airport. I would stay again as a solo traveler. The manager also allowed me an extra hour after checkout to stay to meet family. Thank you.

Unfortunately my daughter had a stroke and was only there for one night. She had to be treated in the ER and sent back to Florida for further treatment

Excellent customer service and prompt response to any questions. Centrally located and easy to get to many locations including grocery stores, spas, beach, and nightlife. The bed is so comfortable and i slept like a queen! I love the self check in and i feel very safe here I highly recommend this location.

I absolutely love this hotel. Its in a popular tourist area but i didnt hear too much noise. (My motto is always bring earplugs and sound cancelling head phones). The bed was comfortable. The only thing is most hotels have a card to put on the door that says "do not disturb' on one side and " room service needed " on the other side. I try to clean my room as best as possible, i am a grown adult and cleankng isnt an issue but it would have been nice to have the room swept since sand and such from the beach tend to stick to your shoes. Regardless of the few complaints which are the norm when i have stayed jn other hotels in the carribean (Jamaica, st. Martin, st. Lucia, Barbados, cancun, mexico). This hotel is great and I absolutely recommend it. I feel extremely safe and the room je comfortable and that is what matters most to me (along with the mini fridge, iair Conditioning, queen bed)
