The location was worth the stay, it was a safe community. The towels were limited, I used the same wet towel 3 days in a row. Some of us had to share towels. The bed sheet had a blood stain and a pillowcase had a moldy looking stain. The bed frames had lots of dust on them and the balcony had not been swept for weeks.

Apartment was perfect for my family of 5!

It was a great place, and great location. There was also a generator which was great during the blackout.

The room was very clean and the white walls were spotless. However the following improvements should be made: 1. Hooks should be in the bathroom to hang towels or garments 2. Please have soap dish or small shelf in the shower stall to place shampoo and soap. 3. There should be a coffee maker in the room. 4. Check out time of 10 am is too early. It should be 11 AM at the earliest. The daily room rate including taxes of $150 is fairly high for the lack of certain amenities. Sincerely, Nancy White

Had a great stay the rooms could use a good cleaning had to purchase my own cleaning supplies TV remotes did not work even after I purchased batteries but the outside was beautiful

Close to everything , the wrap around terrace, if you have a few people with you in different rooms , party all night super market across street 24 hours

This place is clean and affordable. It's a decent location because you can walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes and also walk to the bars at La Placita in about the same time.

Not the best, the ac in my room didn’t have a remote and it was super cold I had to sleep in my jacket with a blanket. After I brought this to their attention I was told they need to get a remote but in the mean time use extra blankets. Hot water didn’t work on my first night.. The communication was great with whom ever I was texting about my issues.. really great communication.

The property was fine other than my room had cockroaches all over constantly. and the water pressure is very weak.
