"A Great Stay in an Underrated Hotel"

We had an excellent stay. This hotel is about as good as it gets for it's category, and it's way underrated by the TripAdvisor star summary rating, perhaps because there have been some recent renovations. On that note, I'm not sure what time frame TripAdvisor uses for the summary rating, but it would helpful it they added a "last 3 months average" rating.

Staff was fantastic! Very helpful and very kind!

Suite room was very cramped and small. 2 people could not fit well in the kitchen area at the same time. Very small room for a suite.

"Convenient location"

Didn’t need the service much but when I did the desk was always helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to all the places we visited while in town. I will definitely stay at this location the next time I’m in Louisville.

The man that checked me in was incredibly thorough and nice. Staff was always nearby for any questions that I had. Our room, the lobby, and hallways were very clean. The continental breakfast was delicious, quiet, and TVs nearby to watch. All around loved my stay here!

Beautiful and clean hotel with staff who are wonderful! The walls and floors are a bit thin and that makes for some noisy neighbors and the breakfast was lackluster, but overall my stay was great and I can’t say enough good about the staff!!
