The Residence Hotel

I had a very enjoyable stay and most definitely return. Next time I would check I had booked a room with air conditioning, I wasn't aware I had not!

Stag was great and rooms were spacious. Only negative was lack of elevator in which we needed to carry four heavy bags up stairs and that it doesn’t have air con. Not a big deal but we didn’t feel entirely safe opening windows. Property was nice and if we stayed on first floor suite and not in summer would be great.

Apartment rooms are nice, enough space. Breakfast is not worth to take, almost no selection, no scrambled eggs (only boiled ones), no sausage, no cheese, ... very simple, no specific breakfast area - located in the lobby. Besides this, nice hotel

Perfect location, very modern renovation, comfortable bed and furniture. Recommend it without hesitation.

There is no hot water coming out at all in the family suite!!! I was traveling with a baby (had a business trip to CERN) and I was not able to bath her because of cold water. Also, the water has a disgusting color and left dirty marks on a bathtub after I drained. Please check my photos. Other rooms were the same and the manager just said there was nothing they could do. We tried to boil some water using the electric kettle, but the electricity was out three times whenever we used the kettle and the manager needed to come and control the fuse box. A dark room and cold water at this price? Make no sense. I usually have a business trip every 1 or 2 months and have been to about 20 countries, but I never had such a bad experience!

Very loud nightclub disco music played from about 1am to 5:30am. Our room was just across from it so my husband and I were unable to sleep which was very unfortunate.Then, at 5:30am the guests in the room above us we’re moving furniture across the tile floor creating more noise in our room. One positive...the beds were comfortable and clean and our kids liked the space and modern touches.

Spacious room with good facilities and comfortable bed - good value for money.

The property is newly renovated calm amd walkable 1mn from the center of ferney.would definitely book it again.

Well furnished very modern mini-apartment, comfortable bed, easy parking, and only a short ride from Geneva airport. Good restaurants a short walk away or a simple evening snack buffet available at the hotel. The only downside was that we chose a larger room - the bedroom was above the bathroom with access via a narrow steep spiral staircase. We are older people and this was difficult/ dangerous for us during the night. We would stay here again, but not in this type of room.

Very nice and clean property. Great location for airport users.
