The Residence Hotel

Had a really great stay. The lobby was very comfortabe and inviting. The staff are super nice and helpful. The room was incredibly spacious, the wifi was very good and it was great to have a kitchenette available in the room. Also very close to several nice restaurants. Less than 10 mins drive from the airport and 25 mins drive to downtown Geneva. Would definitely stay again.

Adequate

In spite of a slight mixup concerning my room, the staff went out of their way to help us and make a difference. We just hopped on bus 66 at the airport and arrived in less then a 20 minutes. Then you walk about 400 meters to the hotel which was easy as we were 3 adults and 3 children with luggage. I even went shopping in a supermarket. The food at the Pakistani/ Indian restaurant was very tasteful and well prepared. There are numerous restaurants. Thank you.

We stayed as it was a convenient location for us but would definitely stay again; After a minor problem, they went well beyond our expectations to make sure we were comfortable and happy; Jessica and Annaick on reception were great but equally good were the backroom staff and Duty Manager; would happily stay again or recommend.

On vous force à faire l'enregistrement au préalable sous prétexte que cela va permettre d'accélérer votre check-in une fois sur place. En réalité, vous faites tout le travail du front desk et ça sur votre temps libre! Puisqu'il faut s'enregistrer avec carte ID et ajouter encore une carte de crédit pour le dépôt de garantie! Je n'ai pas voulu finaliser l'opération mais un jour après, un autre gentil e-mail vient vous rappeler (urgent!) qu'il faut le faire... Bref, on s'exécute et la grande surprise qui est censée vous faire gagner du temps! Une fois arrivé sur place, on vous annonce que votre chambre n'est pas prête! Euh!! On était arrivé presque vers 16h!!! Et plus grandiose. Nous avions réglé la taxe cash mais le lendemain de notre départ, à ma grande surprise. La taxe m'a été débitée encore une fois sur la carte de crédit!!!! En dehors de cette première expérience très décevante, un point positif pour l'hôtel est son emplacement idéalement proche de l'aéroport. Malgré cela, ça restera notre unique séjour!

It very nice hotel, and good quiet location. Parking was easy and free. Staffs were very friendly and nice. We like it.

Staffs are friendly and respectful. When heat wasn't working, staff came almost right away came and fixed it.

Superb hotel! I like all about the hotel! The location, the room, the staffs, the price...would definitely consider staying there again if I visit Geneva again!
