Location,equipment,plenty of supplies had everything we needed

Climbing four floors especially with suitcases. The smaller balcony could have sitting and dining facilities. The main terrace which was great could have sun protection.

Bell immobile quasi 4 piani i di scale ma posizione e terrazzo fantastico la casetta è confortevole e ben dotata. Solo il materasso meriterebbe di essere più confortevole.

They location was the best ever. Nice vieuws. If you want to have this vieuws its normal that you have to go up some stairs. The appartement is in the top of the building. The owner Claudio was great with his communication. We choose to do the check in by a keycode at they arrival. Works great. If you go up all the stairs it will be a big reward with the vieuws in the middle of downtown Sicli.

We absolutely loved the location and the 2 terraces!!

Struttura che varrebbe 10 per posizione e dimensioni ma c'è sciatteria nella gestione. L'appartamento è centralissimo e davvero molto carino, con una terrazza che affaccia direttamente sul comune di Scicli. Anche le forniture sono buone: tra le altre, piano cottura ad induzione, lavatrice, ferro da stiro e friggitrice ad aria. Purtroppo però la gestione è da migliorare: all'arrivo abbiamo trovato una cialda nella macchina del caffè probabilmente lasciata da un cliente precedente; la terrazza necessita di più cura (poco pulita e il gazebo da sistemare); manca uno specchio (paradossale per una casa che ha tutto) e la maniglia della porta è da riparare. Peccato perché per via di piccolezze e disattenzione si sprecano le potenzialità di una struttura davvero molto bella!

- tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Scicli mit vielen Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe; - absolutes Highlight natürlich die riesige Dachterrasse direkt gegenüber der Chiesa San Giovanni und mit tollem Ausblick über die Stadt; - guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Modica, Ragusa oder an das Meer (Sampieri), da alle in kurzer Zeit erreichbar; - netter und freundlicher Kontakt mit Claudio;

- etwas tricky mit Parkplätzen;
