The location was so perfect ,close to all restaurants and bars .The place was very clean spacious.The host Simone was amazing couldnt have asked anything more from him .

Property was perfect for us. It’s within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and taxi. The bed and pillows were comfy and the room was equipped with your own fridge and mini split air conditioner keeping the room nice and cold. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Simone is great to work with. Very pleasant and accommodating, made sure all our needs were met. He had his staff welcome us and take our luggage up to our room. He also met us during check-out to carry our luggage out and made sure we took the elevator down to Marina Grande. He shared great spots to eat and visit with recommendations and directions. Thank you so much Simone, we will be back next year🥰

המיקום פשוט מצוין. למרות החסרונות שציינתי, בהחלט הייתי שוקל להתארח במקום שוב בזכות המיקום והערך שהוא נותן. החדר היה נקי מאוד, גדול ומרווח בצורה יוצאת דופן, עם הרבה מקום למשפחה ולציוד. המיקום מרכזי ונוח להגעה לכל האטרקציות המרכזיות, ובמקביל האזור שקט יחסית ומאפשר מנוחה טובה בסוף היום. המארח עצמו אדם נחמד מאוד, אדיב ומסביר פנים. בכל פעם שהיה זמין, היה ברור שהוא רוצה לעזור ולעשות את המיטב עבור האורחים. ניכר שיש לו רצון טוב אמיתי לספק חוויית אירוח נעימה.

חשוב לדעת שהגישה למקום כוללת מספר רב של מדרגות בעלייה, ולכן הוא פחות מתאים לאנשים עם מגבלות ניידות או קושי פיזי. במהלך השהות היה מחסור בנייר טואלט בחדר. פנינו למארח בנושא מיד עם גילוי הבעיה, הן בוואטסאפ והן בשתי שיחות טלפון נוספות, אך למרות ההבטחות והרצון הטוב, הנושא לא טופל עד למועד הצ'ק-אאוט שלנו, כ-24 שעות לאחר הדיווח הראשוני. מדובר בחיסרון משמעותי מבחינת רמת השירות, שכן דווקא ברגע שבו נדרש מענה בסיסי לא הצלחנו לקבל אותו. בנוסף, עלות החניה בפועל הייתה 30 אירו ללילה ולא 20 אירו כפי שמופיע בפרטי ההזמנה. החניה שאליה הופנינו נמצאת במרחק לא מבוטל מהבניין. קיימות חניות קרובות יותר, אמנם במחיר מעט גבוה יותר, ולכן היה ראוי להציג בפני האורחים את כל האפשרויות ולא להפנות אוטומטית לחניה המרוחקת, כך שכל אורח יוכל לבחור בעצמו את האיזון המתאים לו בין מחיר לנוחות.

Great location. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Beautiful views.

Just be mindful there are stairs to get to the rooms. Staff carried our bags up. Unfortunately we could hear outside through the vent in the bathroom. We needed to put on the noisy air-conditioner to block out the noise at night.
