O Cantinho do Zé

Zeer ruim met uitstekende faciliteiten, prima bedden en grote privé parkeerplaats. Bij goed weer is het prima buiten zitten in de tuin.

De accommodatie ligt op 10 à 20 minuten lopen van winkels/restaurants dat is prima heen maar terug is het een zeer stijle klim. Met de auto is het lastig rijden in de stad en overal betaald parkeren, wel zijn er blauwe zones maar dan moet je een blauwe parkeerkaart in de huurauto hebben! Het bereiken van de accommodatie vereist enige stuurmanskunst, de stijle toegangsstraat is erg smal met aan een kant geparkeerde auto’s. Omdat tegenover het appartement een nieuw huis wordt gebouwd stond er vaak een auto geparkeerd waardoor het uitrijden lastig was.

Umfangreiche Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche, riesengroße Dusche. Liegen auf der Terasse im Garten, sowie der Parplatz im Hof.

Wenig Tageslicht in den Räumen,. da Apartment im Souterrain liegt und Fenster mit Sichtschutz und Gitter ausgestattet sind.

That it had parking, outdoor patio and a washer

Not a deal breaker, but Madeira has a LOT of dogs. It seams that when one of them starts barking, they all go along and go crazy! No A/C, so windows are always open. Bring ear plugs. All the rest was perfect. The terrace was very relaxing, we dined there a couple of times during our stay.

Er waren kakkerlakken aanwezig. Dit hebben we aangekaart waar vervolgens een dag niet op is gereageerd. In de tussentijd hebben wij een andere locatie geboekt omdat er niks werd gedaan aan de situatie. Een dag later kregen we contact en werd ons beloofd om een deel van het betaalde bedrag terug te betalen. Dit is nooit gebeurd. Ik zou hier niet boeken.

La casa è grande, la posizione è comoda e c'è un barbecue fuori eccellente per una cena all'aperto nel giardinetto.

La casa al nostro arrivo era molto molto umida e purtroppo, dovendo tenere le finestre aperte sempre causa umidità e mancanza di aria condizionata, dormire era difficile a causa dei moltissimi cani della zona che abbaiavano senza sosta. Il divano dev'essere coperto con un telo perché è molto sporco.

Skvělé klidné místo, přístup na zahradu a terasu, vlastní parkování, vlastní kuchyň a pračka.

Jedná se o dva byty, my měli ten v podzemním podlaží, takže špatné větrání, vlhkost, absence sítí proti hmyzu, levné postele a matrace IKEA

Location was central and handy for town and to go out of funchal too. Flat was really good sized and had everything necessary for our stay. The outdoor space was really lovely and you could see the sea from it. Very quiet location and friendly neighbours.

Small water leakage in the bathroom but I informed the right person and it was going to be dealt with.
