Propreté des locaux. Lieu très sympathique et agréable

Chambre mal isolé, on entend tout des couloirs.

Hotel was clean good location staff nice rooms good size hotel has great potential but few things need updating

Spa was not worth the price pool was cold jets didn't work hardly ever staff on the spa reception to speak about it. Lifts feel dangerous and breakfast was meh

This was our 4th stay, so I think that speaks volumes. We always find the staff friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. The rooms are clean, ours was cleaned daily while we were there.

The only suggestion we would make is that they would put the floor number on the wall opposite the lifts so that you can easy see which floor you are on when the lift doors open.
