Das Bett war für uns etwas hart. Die Klimaanlage war nicht im Betrieb

Tout, j'adore cet hotel, c'est mon préféré dans cette zone. La literie est de bonne qualité, le personnel est adorable, la nourriture aux buffets du petit-déjeuner et dîner est vraiment très bonne et propose des choix plus haut standing que la plupart des autres hotels, les piscines sont agréables, et le bar propose des options pour manger très bonnes et à des prix très corrects.

Hôtel vraiment excellent, tout est au top et surtout la qualité et quantité des buffets et petit déjeuner

Insonorisation des chambres incompréhensible dans ce genre d'établissement

Great food for breakfast

It was very Noise at night.

El spa se paga aparte, no va incluido en la estancia, y eso en booking no queda claro

Our requests were accommodated for (We booked two rooms and asked for them to be close together and they were. We also requested one of the rooms have 2 single beds and this was also accommodated.) The breakfast was worth including, I cannot speak for the all inclusive. Rooms were spacious and the daily morning activities are nice to attend. The spa is also worth going to, it is 12 Euro for 1 hour.

The floor of the shower was very grimy. Sheets were not changed, only remade the beds for the entirety of our stay (5 nights). During our stay, there was construction work happening right outside our balcony at the hotel opposite which made it very noisy. Worst of all, we had a cleaner enter our room while showering / getting ready and when asked why they entered the room there was no reply and they just left - even if this was a cleaner, our room was already cleaned so I don't know why they would need to enter.

L'accueil, les animations, l'emplacement, le confort de la chambre et les services proposés. Problème de chasse d'eau peu avant minuit, on nous a relogé dans une autre chambre ! Et le lendemain durant notre absence la panne a été réglée, nous avons pu retourner dans notre chambre initiale. Impeccable. Merci.

Tout était super.
