Vsry cute clean apartment very close to the city center. The person who interacted with us was very helpful and attentive.

The apartment does not have a very comfortable couch and no windows to the outside, only to an interior staircase and in the ceiling of the other room. Does not really bother, specially if you are there to spend the day out visiting Ragusa

No-frills stay in the center of Ragusa. Definitely nothing fancy, but also nothing wrong with it either. Space heater was greatly appreciated during a cold front. Check-in was simple and staff were not seen on site but friendly in online communication.

Honestly, nothing stands out negatively as this is obviously a budget accommodation and it was clean, tidy and functional. Only thing worth mentioning as a good-to-know is that coffee needs to be bought & paid for extra in the lobby, and can only be paid in small coins, so if you're in need of a morning coffee, either have 50 cent coins at the ready or prepare to get it elsewhere.

The only thing that I don't like was the checkout. You have to open the main door from the inside first, and then go back upstairs for leaving the keys of the room.

Concetta is an amazing host and made me feel welcome before I arrived. A kind and lovely person who went over and above to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible (she even picked me up from the bus station, helped me buy the ticket the day before and drove me to get my bus on my last day - even though this was early on a Sunday). It is rare to find such hospitality and kindness. Niria is in an excellent location, very central as near one of the main squares in Ragusa and so it was so easy to get around and find everything. It was despite this centralised location very quiet (I am a light sleeper) and this is important to me so I really liked the fact that it was so quiet (and had shutters on the window meaning you could block the light out and get a deep sleep which I liked too). The room I stayed in was very spacious with sofa and high ceilings and had everything I needed including desk and the bathroom had those lovely tiles you see in Sicily which are gorgeous. Coffee and croissants were provided and these did not last long once I arrived :) - everything in the room and the little details was so thoughtful. Shower was powerful and all facilities very clean. Concetta gave me a map and great tips to explore Ragusa which was very much appreciated - Bar Italia was great and made me a lovely soya latte (as I cant have dairy) - thanks for the tip Concetta A wonderful kind and generous host and a comfortable place to stay I would definitely stay here again if in Ragusa!

Great location, very comfortable; excellent communication

The host was very responsive and kind, I have got injured while sightseeing outside, she came to pick me up in the hospital, brought pizza and kind words and took be back to the accommodation even in the night. You can wish no better

Be careful what you step on outside in the city :D

Out host Cristina was super kind! She assisted with her personal recommendations for what to see and to do. She was also very helpful upon check-out and offered us to keep our luggage on the hallway until departure.
