Clean modern bathroom and a great bed really comfortable room

The communication with the sfaff was very friendly and efficient. We were grateful that we could arrive whenever it suited us, being sent the codes, there was a free parking space just in front of the building, perfect. It is very well located, breakfast served in a nearby cafe against the voucher we found in the room. The apartment was very spacious, clean, big comfortable bathroom. Recommended!

It would be nice to leave some plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, a kettle in the room. It was rather late, pouring down so we didn’t want to go to any restaurant… we looked around the reception area but could not find anything. We paid the bill via an app, very efficient as well, if you like real human-free communication ;)

The apartment was very comfortable with central location and very good breakfast in a nearby cafeteria. I am amazed by the host kindness: once we parked our car, I asked Concetta if we can park there and as it was Sunday, she’d said it is ok. Unfortunately, there was a church procession that day and only on that street the cars were charged penalty unexpectedly. We were just passing when the police was writing the penalty document and asked us to remove the car. The next day when we checked out, I asked Concetta where we should pay the fine and she was so kind and responsive to pay it by herself as she confirmed us parking there the previous day. She did it immediately and understood my confusion and hesitation as it was a rented car. I would extremely recommend to anyone stay in that place not only because it is so central and comfy but because the hospitality there is of highest rank. Thank you Concetta, for being so welcoming and kind. I will never forget your friendliness and positive attitude. Hopefully we will visit you again one day!

The place was really clean with all the facilities you need. The owner contacted me to know when and how you will arrive. She even came to pick me up and drop me off the next day to the bus station.
