We were recommended to stay here by our daughter and we were very glad we chose them. We had tickets to the theatre, this was on the same block with a car park close by. I would advise ensuring you book direct for the best deals (I thought I had but it turned out to be a third party who didn't make that very obvious) The onsite cafe was excellent for breakfast, we didn't use the restaurant. Sadly the bar had already closed when we returned from the theatre.

Beautiful, modern hotel with a very stylish bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The room was very well equipped and the bed was really comfortable. Location of the hotel was brilliant with a tesco over the road to grab snacks and lots of bars a restaurants in walking distance. Ncp carpark is just behind the hotel, and although it’s quite expensive to park there it’s worth it because it’s so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location. Noise from nearby clubs stop at 11pm. Only mark down was that the way the shower is built it floods the entire bathroom floor which was a bit annoying. Staff were attentive and super helpful too.

Booked the apartment for the close proximity to The Palace theatre. Really pleased with the apartment, booked one bedroom apartment, very clean, great location, staff really friendly.

We visited for Pride weekend. The hotel offered us , and I assume other guests early check in and late check out. A classy touch to help guests to relax and celebrate. Check in was seamless and the whole experience was clearly designed to put the customer at the heart of the stay. The hotel and facilities were spot on. I would highly recommend. At both check in and check out the staff were fabulous. We encountered an issue during our stay which was brought to the attention of the Manager, Sanjay as we were departing. It’s the response to an issue which really sets apart the great from the good. Sanjay met myself and my husband and went out of his way to empathise, take balanced ownership of the issue and describe next steps. He then continued to keep me updated after our departure and followed up as he said he would. A lesson in how to win back a customer - Sanjay is a credit to the establishment, and the establishment a credit to him. ~JD

I had high hopes for this apartment based on reviews but it disappointed. I rented a large two bed apartment for 3 nights. I CAN say that the location was excellent and the staff seemed friendly. However the rooms had a tired feeling. We found stains on the sofas,scuffed walls and floors and dusty bed sheets. The dishwasher didn’t work ( I did ask for a dish towel but they forgot). The design of the apartment is also a bit weird - there were three additional doors ( one a fire door leading to a dark corridor which would have been a fire exit I think and two internal, locked doors) which because I was travelling alone with the kids made me feel a bit uncomfortable. In addition it wasn’t very convenient having two bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. All in all I think there are a number of newer and better accommodation options in Manchester which I will explore next time.

The hotel is well situated - less than 10 mins from the train station and near restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and modern with all necessary amenities. The staffs are friendly. The only problem I had was the noise coming from outside. Even with the windows closed, you could hear the noises of cars and bikes. Otherwise, excellent hotel.

Stayed here for two nights with my partner at the end of August. Room was lovely, very clean. Wished there were more utensils in the kitchenette (knives, spoons etc.) as we both enjoy cooking. Location was good, and we had easy access to Manchester city centre. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The studio looks great and is very well equipped but it got very hot in the loft and the windows barely open. There is a fan but it’s very noisy.

Will be staying again and recommending to others. Hotel is perfectly located near shops and restaurants and super quiet at night (we were on the top floor) so we slept right through the night (a first for me this year in a hotel room)
