Super emplacement , hamman très typique et relaxant, meilleur roof top de la ville , et personnel très gentil. Avec 3 enfants, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, merci !

Het hotel is echt prachtig en alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De kamer was schoon, fris en netjes – precies zoals je hoopt tijdens een verblijf. Wat dit hotel extra bijzonder maakt, zijn de mensen die er werken. Het personeel verdient wat mij betreft een 11 van de 10: extreem professioneel, correct en vooral ontzettend vriendelijk. In het bijzonder wil ik manager Rachida benoemen. Zij is een hartstikke fijn mens, altijd betrokken en attent. Ze vraagt actief wat je nodig hebt en is overal alert op. Je voelt je echt gezien en welkom. Dankzij het team en de service voelde ons verblijf heel comfortabel en ontspannen. Absoluut een aanrader. Imane😊

Nous avons apprécié à peu près rien de cet hôtel mis à part son emplacement.

De façon générale, l’hôtel est malpropre. Le nourriture est très ordinaire. Notre chambre sentait l’urine de chat !!! Nous avons mentionné ce point au personnel et rien n’a été fait. Lit inconfortable, propreté douteuse de la literie. Répugnant pour notre part !!!

This Unique, vibrant Hotel with its excellent restaurant and live music made our 3 day visit to Essaouira Fantastic .Brilliant position in the old Medina with beautiful sunsets .

Personally I couldn’t identify anything I didn’t like but due to it being in the old Medina I appreciate there is a few access problems to people with significant mobility problems.

It is perfectly located within the Medina convenient to everything Essaouira offers. The hotel is beautiful in every way. Artistically and thoughtfully decorated missing no details. Truely a work of art in and of itself. The rooftop bar/breakfast area was a fabulous place to spend time with music every evening. The breakfast that is included was fabulous. A very large amount of food with great variety offering delicious local cuisine. Mina, guest relations, is a gem. She was incredibly helpful and generous with her time. We arrived with no luggage due to airline mishap and Mina escorted us to the markets and spent several hours helping us find suitable clothing for our week, even offering help with negotiating and finding all the various items we needed to be comfortable during our stay. All staff was equally helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

I loved everything about the property and our stay.
