The location is ideal, the rooftop is the coolest and the team is exceptionnal (especially Mina from the reception team). We travelled with an 8 month old baby and were treated like VIPs.

Personeel super vriendelijk en gastvrij Met name Mina was altijd behulpzaam. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Bijzondere, kleurrijke inrichting. Mooie rooftop bar / restaurant van waaruit we de zonsondergang konden bekijken. Locatie ook top. In de medina. Overal dichtbij.

Enige minpunt was op gebied van sanitair. Een prachtig bad, maar oncomfortabel en helaas alleen lauw water.

The location is great in a Medina as well the overall Riad, colors. Best part was the staff Mina was amazing and so genuine.

Was a it cold for December, water through windows and no AC.

The location and decor were incredible. The bar staff were a little slow and not very friendly. Breakfast staff and reception staff were great. The bath was a dream!

The room was quite small and noisy but the decor made up for it.

Очень тесно, неудобно без нормального душа и холодно в конце ноября было, пришлось на вторую ночь переехать в другой отель.

The thing that no one mentions in any of the reviews is that you have to climb four flights of very uneven and steep stairs to get anywhere in the hotel. We literally had to carry our bags three floors.

It was dirty and even though folks were busy cleaning you had the feeling you were surrounded by dirt and dust everywhere.

Good location in medina

Shocking attitude by management. Engaging in tourist scams. Room very dirty with used toilet paper and flooding around bathroom. Very loud with music playing next to room at night. Staff refused to help when tried to discuss. Really wouldn't recommend staying here. We left after 1 night because of noise at night and management refused to pay us back for our stay and ignore emails.
