Traditional style, great room.

Liked it all. Loved the transport option of the regular shuttle into Ubud centre. Loved the quiet rural location.

Nice staff, clean room, lots of light, good water pressure, tasty breakfast (put in your order and timing the night before), fine Internet (just have to switch between networks in different areas), pretty quiet area above town

I had the most amazing time during my trip in Ubud. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay, and the on-site amenities like the pool added to the relaxation. The staff's personalized service made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Highly recommended

The staff was amazing. They were incredibly nice and helped us with so many things. There is a free shuttle provided by the hotel going to and from central ubud, so we basically didn’t spend money on transportation when we were there. Only to the airport. When we had an early morning outing, and couldn’t make breakfast, the kitchen would prepare breakfast for us the night before so we could bring it along. Definitely recommend

The staff, very friendly and flexible. The transfer possibilities to the city. It was always available. They were very flexible. The rooms were very nice and big. Beds were good.

Breakfast could be better. You had a choice of 2 sorts and they wanted us to give our preference the day before. The choice in breakfast and the options was minimum. The rooms was damp en smelt a bit like fungus

The family room was 2 level, the master bed on top and 2 single beds at the lower level. Very spacious.

The lower floor rooms do not have any view as such , we stayed at the family room and it it did not have any rice paddy view as compared to the other rooms on the 1 st floor. It’s a vegan place which was not clearly stated on the website. However the PIC Mr Andi was really nice and he arranged eggs for breakfast. The breakfast is preorder and no buffet. Which was okay.

The manager and some staff were very helpful. The shuttle bus into ubud very flexible. The aircon worked well. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were secure.. the vegetarian food was good.

Many staff did not speak English and were not trained. The pool was not cleaned and the ladder access broken. The property generally looked uncared for, probably a lack of money and poorly trained staff. The plumbing was pretty bad with really bad smells coaming from the shower drain. The worst was the use of unsealed water bottles to provide drinking w as ter to guests. I observed the shuttle returning with three large water bottles open at the top. One was placed in the reception area when I was there.. the room was huge but poor fitted.
