Het personeel was heel hoffelijk en het avondeten in het restaurant was heel lekker

De hygiëne van de kamer kon beter. Veel spetters rond de lavabo tegen de muren en de douche had ook veel gele/oranje aanslag. In de kamer van mijn vriendinnen zat er een opgedroogde dode vlieg in de gordijnen. Het telefoontoestel gaf ook heel de tijd een hoge piepende toon.

Great hotel. Location is perfect, Rotterdam isn’t a huge city, and there is a metro station just outside the hotel. They offer e-bike rental for €35 a day. The vibe of the hotel is fun, loud music in the lobby, with a bar and restaurant. The room was great, the bed is fantastic, really big and comfy. The shower was strong and hot. There was no shampoo or conditioner though. The tv placement was good, but it isn’t a smart tv, so you can only watch their list of channels. We had a balcony with our room, which again was great. The staff are amazing, typically Dutch, really helpful and friendly.

No major issues. There is no welcome booklet in the room to give info on the hotel (how to work aircon, what time room service starts/finishes, bike rental info, local restaurants and shop recommendations, where the gym is ect). The aircon is quite confusing, there is no control panel, it’s either off or on, and we found it to be too cold. But because there are no windows, you need to have the aircon on to circulate the air. There is a kettle and a coffee machine, but they only provide paper cups and wooden sticks, no proper cups or spoons. We rented bikes, which were €35 per day, which I found to be quite expensive. The bikes had a few small issues, the breaks were soft on one, and the gears had some issues on the other.
