Lo positivo del lugar bonito y agradable, limpios y todo el hotel… y un personal de recepción con una atención increíble y muy atentos… ese personal valía la pena…. Lo negativo del hotel cierto personal de cambio de turno con una actitud pésima y su Internet súper pésimo saturado y te quedas sin señal…

Me comentaron que no se confirmó la reservación y por eso me daban otra habitación casi al doble del precio. En ningún momento me pidieron ni en la aplicación ni por parte del hotel confirmar

"Sin wifi"

Fui de visita a chiapas por 2 semanas. Y me hospede aqui distintos dias en 3 habitaciones diferentes. Y en las 3 habitaciones NUNCA sirvio el wifi. Pesimo. Hable en recepcion y solo me dieron la clave de la habitacion de al lado. Que tampoco servia.
