Nos gusta llegar a este hotel por su excelente servicio del personal, de los mejores en Tuxtla. Lo único es que el wifi no es nada bueno y la limpieza en baños fuera mejor.

Definitivamente no me volvería a hospedar es un hotel muy bonito pero no dejaron toalla en mi habitación la cual solicité y nunca llegaron por lo que me tuve que secar con la que dejaron para secar los pies y la de cara.. La recepcionista de la noche muy poco amable. Incluso trporte al salir que el piso estaba sucio y nunca llevaron las toallas

De los mejores servicios que he recibido en Tuxtla. Todo el personal es de calidad excepcional, siempre con la mejor actitud. Definitivamente por ellos se destaca el hotel. Lo único que pueden mejorar es la recepción de wifi no es la mejor opción.
