Struttura graziosa e dotata di ogni comfort per passare il soggiorno, molto curata e pulita. La posizione è strategica per visitare le cinque terre e dintorni. Nausica è stata molto gentile e disponibile, spiegandoci cosa poter visitare durante i nostri giorni di permanenza.

Andrea réserve un très bel accueil, très sympa, il apporte de précieux conseils ! Le logement est très propre et charmant; je recommande vivement.

The location, the owner has put so much effort into making this property very comfortable.

I wouldn’t say that there was anything I didn’t like about the property.

The guesthouse is very modern, even though the building and neighborhood are centuries old. Andrea is a great host. He gave us a lot of information about Biassa and visiting Cinque Terre. There are small shops for groceries and a couple restaurants.

It's a lot of stairs from the street, but it also gives the neighborhood its old world charm. Parking can be hard if you return at night, but we always found a spot close by. The first night the room stayed very warm at night.

Absolutely beautiful setting, in a quiet town just outside Cinque Terre. The host makes sure you have everything you need and more. Acces to bus, hikes, convenience stores, restaurants. Couldn’t imagine landing anywhere better.

A nice room in Biassa, a great starting point for tracking Cinque Terre. To get there, there is bus 18 or 19 from La Specia (1.5 EUR). The room offered everything, including nice little Italian style breakfast. There is a possibility of continental breakfast in the village, at Minimarket Piera di Rossi Monica or A Butega Minimarket.

We loved our stay here in Bias at Pietra Di Mare. We were met by Nausicaa and she was beyond amazing! She gave us a huge amount of advice and was so lovely. We really appreciated the time she took to make sure we had all the information we needed for our stay, even pointing out spots that were less touristy for a more authentic experience. The accomodation was beautiful - everything we expected and more. We would definitely recommend to others.
