1. They were kind enough to extend my check out time even though most of the time they are fully booked. it is a huge favour as they were considerate of my requirements.

1. Disregard for general hygiene: smelly & stained sheets, hair lying on sheets. 2. Inconvenience: didn’t change room but room service came over to change sheets while we stayed. 3. Absence of basic toiletries: Soaps were not present, toothpaste and toothbrush were not present. 4. Poor room service: upon asking, they didn’t provide us soap and we had to call reception for it.

the staff was very welcoming and was always available if we needed anything so cooperative and made our stay very comfortable
