CH9 Nächte durften wir dieses wunderschöne, neue Hotel in Sanur genießen – die Zeit verging leider viel zu schnell. Das Hotel ist in einem Top-Zustand und bietet wirklich alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Noch nie hatten wir so freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiter wie im Meru. Auch das Spa haben wir ausprobiert und waren absolut begeistert. Das Frühstück war jedes Mal ein Highlight, und der Poolbereich ist traumhaft schön. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles und bis bald

AUWhole experience was excellent. The staffs were the best part of our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful and very professional. Our room had wifi issue for the first 2-3 days. Every night someone came and tried to fix it. But the issue returned after they left the room. Following day breakfast time the hotel ambassador Dhea (special mention for her) came and introduced herself and asked if she can be of any help. We stated the wifi issue. She got the IT manager to come to our table to discuss the issue. The IT manager then checked our room while we were having breakfast and found out that the cable was broken in places. So Dhea organised us to be double upgraded to another fantastic room and also provided free dinner and cultural show for two. We were there for 5 nights and everything was great. Out of all, for us, the people and service were the best part. There were so many to name who helped and looked after us in different ways. Will certainly be back here next time in Bali.
Only thing for us was the theme was tropical with no clear view of the ocean and also quite dark in the rooms. Some may like it, but for us it was the only thing that didn't favour us. But the second room offered was open, lighted well and excellent.
