AUThe Meru was fantastic for our family holiday. The buffet breakfast was incredible, the rooms were spacious, the pool was huge with ample sun lounges and the food options were great. It was in a great location walking distance to markets, restaurants and the mall. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Really couldn’t fault it!

SAWhat an amazing experience from the welcoming until the goodbyes. We went to multiple hotels during our honeymoon and by far The Meru Sanur was the best of them all. The staff are very nice and always smiling and welcoming. The breakfast is very delicious. The interior design of the lobby and rooms are top notch loved everything about it..
The only downside is how far our room from the lobby was

Hotel pour convention et séminaires, on dirait une usine à dormor. le numéros des chambres n'est pas indiqué correctement dans les couloirs. ils annoncent le petit déjeuner inclus, service en chambre. ce n'est pas vrai, il fait le payer en room service. le dressing est incorfortable, pas de rangement, penderie inaccessible, manque de mobilier sur la terrasse ( un seul fauteuil, une petite table ronde où l'on ne peut pas prendre son petit déjeuner), accueil pas aimable, procédure à revoir. Management inexistant
