The room was big, clean, and spacious enough.

1. The food service—the dinner served was cold, not even warm; it was cold like the food was cooked and the chef forgot about it. 2. No hot water was there; I had to wait almost 30 minutes for passable, lukewarm water, too, after the complaint. 3. The staff knocked on the door for the dinner payment because she needed to leave for lunch, and she actually left the reception unattended. Low on staff? 4. The courtyard view is anything but a view; the local people's home and chatter could be heard early in the morning. Anyone can peep inside each other's room; it was that open and closed off.
