A clean and well-located accommodation. Everything was within convenient reach, and the cleanliness, together with the efficiently working air conditioning – which was particularly important during the hot weather – greatly contributed to a pleasant stay.

We were satisfied with the accommodation overall; however, it was quite inconvenient that no dishwasher tablets or toilet paper were provided, despite our repeated requests. As a result, we were unable to use the dishwasher and had to purchase toilet paper ourselves.

Proximité du lac et des commerces. Cuisine avec toutes les commodités. Parking couvert mis à disposition.

La literie ( canapé-lit ), le bruit venant d’un bistrot qui se trouve au pied de l’immeuble.

The roof terrace was the best part of the apartment. We used it every day.

We were given the wrong code for access to the apartment which meant we couldn't go out. We did email Bk poking.com and the representative. We did have a new passcode in about an hour but it was an anxious wait.

Parking was a slight issue when someone else was in our space. We did try to communicate but had zero response. Check-in wasn’t entirely clear but eventually we got hold of the guy who helped us get to the right place. The entrance is in a really narrow street where stopping is difficult

Noise from the street during the weekend, we had to wait 1,5 hours for someone to come and collect the tourist tax

The location is amazing and the rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning. The apartment is clean and comfortable

Right above quite a busy bar, the noise stopped us sleeping on a weekend night. Could do with providing a few more basics (we had to buy our own salt / pepper, oil, dishwasher tablets which is always nice when are provided)
