Casa Tunina

The host was very pleasant and understanding, the communication was great. The apartment was clean and the communal terrace was amazing. The location is good and a nearby secure parking was a very big plus.

Because it is an apartment and not a hotel, it would be good to have some little necessities and there was none :( There was even no hand soap in the bathroom, no capsules for the dishwasher and not coffee/tea, which is kind of upsetting. But overall everything was good.

The noise from the bar underneath was incredibly noisy to very late in the night. Also the air conditioning did not work, it is centrally controlled and therefore if staying in the apartment you cannot control it yourself despite it being 30 degrees outside.

We stayed here as we had spent 11 days walking around many Italian city's and wanted some rest bite. It was perfect with the warm weather using the shared roof terrace to relax in the sun, the apartment was well located only a short walk into the centre and the Lake. It was clean and had what we needed, there is also a laundry room so we managed to wash, dry and iron some clothes which was a bonus

There were no hand towels in the bathroom but we just used the big towel.

The apartment was in a great location and was near the train station and the centre of town. The views from the terrace on the roof were fantastic.It was clean, modern and comfortable.

It was a bit noisy on the first night.

We liked the location. Desenzano, was a lovely place to visit .

We did not like our accommodation at casa Tunina! Nothing felt clean, was a small studio Apartment, I have proof I booked a Apartment but they put us in a studio apartment , worst place we have ever stayed in Italy. We have stayed before in about 10; Apartments have all been wonderful. The manager was Rude, we got locked out one night (not our fault) he reluctantly turned up 40 minutes later to open the door, never spoke to us never apologise nothing!!. He's name was Massimiliano He should never be in the job he has no manners at all. You also have to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed! I advise no one to stay there .we also left 2 nights before we should have,

Location, apartment in general is ok, but there were many small things (it’s cheap to improve them) that spoiled our impression.

1. AC wasn’t working! They said tomorrow will fix it, but nobody came for 3 days. 2. At the first night we came boiler was off. So we had to take a cold shower. And the kid as well! If you are waiting for the guests, you should turn it on or tell us!!! 3. No hand soap at all!! There were 2 small show gels for 3 ppl for 3 nights!! And they said “go and buy it!” 4. The frying pan was old and black. 5. The floors were not clean when we arrived 6. No hand towels for the kitchen.
