Close to the port and airport

No frigerator no no microwave

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice .the location is just next to the port good and bad(some noise).loved the restaurant on the roof top with a nice view.wifi worked well and can get a little noise as the walls are thin.

All the staff were helpful and friendly,but.. the,amenities were few, no mini fridge,no bedside light,no tea or coffee,just a kettle,balcony door hard to open,no warm water in the sink,and the breakfast was mostly cold,i wouldnt return unless they updated amenities

The building was in good conditions and exceed our expectations for Caticlan The staff was very friendly

The aircon was set too cold when we entered the room

nice hotel, friendly staff, 5 minutes walking to the port.

Staff were absolutely lovely, so kind, warm and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough to help us. We arrived late and wet and they really took care of us. I left something in the room and they retrieved it and held it for 4 days for me to collect.

No hand towel, shower mat. Room a little tired
