- very near port and airport - very friendly and polite staff - nice view of sea and Boracay (shame about the lorries and buses though)

- noise from buses and lorries all night. - I was on the 6th floor, with the restaurant above me, so the noise was disturbing me. - very bad smell from bathroom drains

Clean

Spent 30 minutes convincing the hotel we had a booking. I had booked 7 rooms booked and they couldnt find the booking!! After showing confirmation and all the emails with them, they finally agreed. DIdnt need that after a 12 hour flight !

"Good overnight stay for transfer to Boracay."

Location was good for the purpose, staying 1 night for the ferry to Boracay. The breakfast included was good. It overall has everything you need for an other night stay.

"Apart from the truck depot my stay went smoothly and the the staff are lovely"

The service staff were very accommodating for all my needs

Unfortunately there was a truck depot outside the room. It was very noisy, I was woken up at 4am in the morning.
