The room was spacious and clean. The staff was really helpful and assisted me in planing the day in Hue with a lot of recommendations for activities, food. They also took care of me that i will reach in time to the train station. I also rent a scooter which was one of the best i had so far. The breakfast was bread with eggs and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hue.

I booked two rooms. The queen room was good but the budget was not. There were ants and the toilet was tiny.

The hotel mistakenly arranged the extra bed in the wrong room.

Room was big, huge beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, elevator and nice area close to many restaurants. The coffeeshop downstairs is super cute and their breakfast was terrific. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. I got sick on the day we were supposed to fly to Hanoi and one of the front desk staff, Khuong, went to get medicine for me at a nearby pharmacy and brought it up to our room. She also helped with trying to book a train for us and texted us after we arrived in Hanoi to check on me. I'll never forgot her kindness and generosity. . ❤️

We had a great stay here! The staff were all fantastic, the room was great with comfy bed, separate shower, excellent breakfast, great laundry service. They let us check in as soon as room was clean. Loved everything!!
