I really liked the location of the property! I would say it was quite central. The staff also were very nice and accommodating.

Better heat control for the shower.

We were very grateful to have received an upgrade to the next room up. The upgraded room was very spacious. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful explaining various tour options available in Hue. The breakfast was provided in the cafe downstairs and this was quickly made to order. Luggage storage also very helpful. The sound proofing between rooms is exceptional. We could hear the neighbours very loud TV whilst in the corridor but once in our room we could not hear it at all.

The shower pressure could be better. It was a challenge to wash my hair with the pressure. The soundproofing to the outside world has room for improvement. One night a street vendor parked outside with a loud speaker until past 1am but as this is beyond the control of the hotel maybe just pack earplugs incase!

Great place to stay!

1. the room was clean and spacious, with refrigerator and air conditioner in it 2. The staff was so friendly and hospitable, gave us so many useful information and helped us do laundry with reasonable price 3. The location was great, 2km to railway station and 3km to DongBa market and night market 4. Good value for money, the price is even include breakfast

The shower didn’t work well, it was either too hot or too cold. We stayed here for 3days 2 nights but no housekeeping offered.

We stayed for one night before getting a train to Da Nang. The staff were very welcoming and helped us with arranging to see as much of Hue as possible in only a short time. Room was comfy enough and very good value for money.

Very spacious room, with kitchen, TV and all toiletries you might need. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can also exchange money there, so no need to find a bank or exchange office

The exchange rate is a bit higher than anywhere else

The staff were great.

We were a bit scared by the burning smell when we were leaving to go to town. My partner is an electrician and the hot wall, smoke was a clear bad sign. Once we told staff it was rectified. The shower didn’t run well, it was either too hot or too cold.

This was a great find in the ancient city of Hue. The staff were over-the-top helpful and friendly with some nice unexpected bonuses. They even booked me a last minute city tour which I thoroughly enjoyed. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable which is key. They have a nice coffee shop and the included breakfast was exactly what Id hope for. A+

That I was only with them for two nights.
