The front desk staff was disrespectful, she seemed to be mad for having us there, didn’t provide with a receipt of the payment, when I asked for it she got mad. The room was not clean, the toilet didn’t flush well so it got clot , they didn’t come until the following date when I was actively checking out. Horrible, will definitely never come back.

The floor was dirty. hot water would burn you then get cold then burn you again then get cold again

The place needs a whole make up.

Tv was broken and didn’t even turn on

the only good thing was the location across from Legoland, otherwise, no I will never stay here again. The place was falling apart.

Everything was great

The front desk clerk didn’t know where the room was located, the renovations and empty units around the in use rooms were creepy. Inside the room there was dirt in the sink, hair on the sheets, unpainted walls, drafty front door and a general atmosphere of uncleanliness. The hotel just looks rundown and grubby on the inside.

We paid online had to pay again at hotel. Also needed a rollwr bed paid for it when i check in i thought at 11 at night our second night someone knocked onthe door saying we needed to pay for room when we paid again when we checked. She only charged us for one night for the roller bed. Says they called are room phone never rang would never stay here again have season passes for legoland

Please reconsider this listing. I would have rather pay a little more for something that feels safe. You can hear everything over the walls and see everything through the windows ( the curtains were broken) This hotel definitely needs an update and doesn’t feel safe. The shower was dirty or old ? Very weird. Unfortunately, it was a last minute trip. Next time I will plan in advance.
