Great location for Legoland but the hotel is in dire need of renewing. The phone and lamp in rooms 312 and and television in 314 didn't work. There was mold, the floors were dirty and the shower handle was broken. The coffee machine was dirty jn the water tank. The air conditioners were very noisy.

Not at all like the photos. Dirty and run down. Front desk staff decided to go over cash drawer discrepancies while checking me in.. literally in the middle of checking me in.

I had to request another room. the first one was old. dusty. stains on the sheets and curtains. rusty door. dirty bathroom. The second room was also old, stains on curtains, roof stains, toilet didnt work. TV remote had no batteries. Beds were uncomfortable.

The front desk check in lady was amazing and made my stay extremely great. The lobby area was decorated so nice. The only downside was parking was confusing. But a great price for a last minute booking.

When booking, it said there was breakfast and a hot tub, but there was nothing like that

Had to get help to figure out shower. Tv would not show all Chanel’s. Maintenance guy was awesome showing us the combination to turning on the shower and then changed out our Tv

I have never stayed anywhere so dirty. The housekeepers do not clean. Management clearly doesn't care. The quality of work here is embarrassing. A hotel can be outdated but still clean. This is not it. I literally had to buy cleaning products at Walgreens. I have receipts, photos, and videos of the room as well.

Not knowing anything about the area, I felt very nervous about this place. The property is very old and large. No security that I could see. The floor of the room I was given was not cleaned properly. On the plus side, no incidences occurred and the staff was generally pleasant.

It was old, smelled bad and the wall was chipping and the curtains were ripped.
