Rosewood Miramar Beach

One of my all-time favorites anywhere

The property is stunning and the food is fantastic. We loved the pool and the beach. Our favorite restaurant we ate at was AMA sushi and really enjoyed the service and the waiter. If you are an uni fan you will be very happy! Carusos was also super fantastic. We booked the surf experience which was great and the wine tour which was also great. Now for the part why 4/5 given. Prior to traveling we had an extremely hard time reaching the concierge/almost to the point of being ignored. When we did arrive what we were emailed from the concierge was different than what was on the time for our surf experience. Luckily I caught the error. Also the wine tour itinerary was only given to us 24 hours prior even though I had a child with me and was told something completely different like we would do additional stops for our daughter which didn't happen. We are commoners who were just trying to have a great vacation. We felt very much like Julia Roberts in pretty woman - not worth it for them to try to talk to us or arrange our hotel experience. We had a good time regardless but cmon guys try to have a little more care for the common person!

The property is amazing. However, the food is not that great for the hotel this price. The food are great! but it can be better for sure. Especially the breakfast. And also the service is not that great for the hotel this price. One of young lady in the front desk is actually free. but she made me waiting on the line to check out even though she don’t serve any guest. Been asking me whether I can check out on her desk or no. Not a really five star hotel treatment. It’s really nice hotel for a couple and elderly. But it’s not really suitable for a family who brings toddler or baby. The hotel has no kids playground and no kids activities. However, I would say I will come back again to this hotel! Beautiful property

Wonderful place! Absolutely amazing brunch, staff and hospitality!

Had a regrettable stay here from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. The setting is spectacular, the staff are friendly when you're able to get their attention and the rooms are well sized. However, it felt so disorganized, everything took so long from valet to the food and overall, I didn't feel well taken care of. For example, I pulled up and started to unload my car but not a single one of the 4 valet huddled in their little black boxed area came over, but they were sure to help the people behind me. I called someone over to help me and that person was amazing but it just didn't feel like a great first impression for my stay. I brought my kids and noted that in my reservation but no kid amenities were provided, no kid toiletries, robes or slippers. There's also a blue bracelet with the room key that the kids can wear but that was never offered. I found this all out through a friend that received all these wonderful amenities. At the pool, no one ever greeted me, I always got my own towels or asked for a chair set up, which is totally fine but everything felt very self-service. I had a fantastic waiter for dinner, who kindly offered to get smores at the front desk so I certainly appreciated him. One time, at the revere room check in, I stood there waiting for the hostess and another lady stood behind me, she immediately greeted the lady behind me, ignoring me until I said, "hi, pardon me." Perhaps I'm not a regular, like others, but it wasn't my first stay there either. I'll likely be back as it is the spot where our friends tend to gather for vacation but perhaps I'll it will be fewer and farther between for us.

The service was amazing, they were always so pleasant and helpful it was great. I ordered dine-in breakfast and the food was amazing,. The place is beautiful with all the wonderful flowers and the view of the beach. My husband and I also ate at the restaurant on the beach and the weather and views were to die for, truly a wonderful experience.

This is a beautiful hotel. Checkin was a bit lacking but it was functional. Bell Services were very good and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The room was well appointed. The restaurant near the beach and the beach itself were lovely. The train was a bit of a surprise. We enjoyed our stay.
