Great location for us. Nice front porch. Access to laundry was a plus. Charming older house. Breakfast was simple and nice to have available. Nice neighborhood.

Our room was in the basement so not much natural light. Room tended to be warm and stuffy. We used the fan provided and opened the one window (which opened outward at ground level and at the top of a set of stairs from the basement).

Le charme de la maison et de la chambre, super calme, le petit déjeuner complet en libre service, bon emplacement au milieu de beaucoup de restos, parking gratuit dans la rue, indications très claires par message (on est arrivés trop tard et repartis trop tôt pour rencontrer les propriétaires, malheureusement).

Lit très (trop) mou, oreillers (trop) gros.

Wonderful location on Division near great eating and fun shops. Walking distance to Hawthorne atop! Like a classic “bed and breakfast.” bonus for long stays: free washer and dryer! Friendly staff, comfy rooms (tho we were in the basement, not the best view).

The house is old and the stairs creak. I had a basement room and the noise was intrusive until about 11 pm. I would not stay there again because of this noise. They need to take remediative steps to make sure the steps and the floor do not make noise if they are renting basement rooms. I was very tired all day after trying to sleep there.

Location was perfect! Basic and comfortable guesthouse.
