The breakfast was very good. Staff attended to matters very quickly.

There is no water provided in the shower. Also there was a bunker bed in the family room which was of no use as mykids were too young for the top bunker.

Location was great and Jenny was a very helpful host.

Fridge in the kitchen didn’t work at all and although there was an oven there were no pots or pans to cook with.

We initially booked 2 nights but felt so at home that we extended our stay by another night. Words can hardly describe the wonderful Aloe Vera family—so friendly, warm, communicative, and always ready to help. Jenny was fantastic, always preparing us delicious and varied breakfasts with such care. Her husband, Tony, was equally amazing, taking us around to explore parts of the city and helping us arrange any services we needed. The kids playing in the street added such a joyful vibe to the place. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it, 100%!
