Host was friendly and available to help

Cleanliness was bad, smell of mould in the room, bathroom was not clean, bed mattresses were way past their useful life / very uncomfortable and bed frame noisy. Price was low but for a sleepless night it wasn't worth it.

Wow! What an incredible homestay! Jenny was a beautiful host and so accomodating! She made us a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast every morning and had lots of local tips for us! The property is perfect! Very close to restaurants and the beach! The bed if super comfy, shower was great and aircon was the best! Very grateful to have been welcomed into Sri Lanka by Jenny, we will be returning once we finish our trip!

The host, Jenny, is very sweet and happy to help in anyway. Her children are also adorable! The lobby area and kitchen are comfortable to use. The location is convenient to the beach and has a mini-mart near by to easily get water and snacks.

DO NOT BOOK THE BUNK BED ROOM. The bunk bed room does not have a properly working AC unit and is so uncomfortable. The other rooms do, but the bunk room does not. Overall I was so uncomfortable in the hot and humid room, and ended up sick from all the fans I was encouraged to use. Room was clean, but had an overpowering chemical smell that gave me headache. I did laundry at the property and a few of my clothes have bird droppings on them (could happen anywhere but still). The included breakfast is fine, but the dinner/lunch is bland and expensive for what it is.
