Gardaland Magic Hotel

Das Zimmer war wirklich super; etwas anders als gewohnt, aber sehr gelungen. Das gesamte Resort war sauber und gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Das Essen war enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt und die Preise dafür völlig überzogen. Ich bin grundsätzlich bereit, für gutes Essen mehr zu bezahlen – aber hier stimmt die Qualität schlichtweg nicht. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das Niveau ungenügend.

前台办理入住登记人员不知道的业务不熟练还是不喜欢自己工作， 态度极其冷漠敷衍， 工作极其缓慢， 是电脑系统的问题吗？ 还是工作人员业务水平低下？ 进入房间居然要穿过开放的走廊， 酒店四周没有任何工作人员， 不象酒店， 就是一个贴满了廉价绘画墙纸的民宿。 从停车场到前台车辆无法到达，然后你得带着孩子大包小包一路步行到前台， 在游乐场游玩后疲惫至极后还要走这一段让人沮丧和遗憾的距离。 不能理解！！ 总之， 相对付出的金钱， 太不值得了。 非常非常失望。 这是我最失败的一次酒店入住体验。

Ristorante troppo lontano

Hotel, struttura sicuramente bellissimo ma penso un pò datato. Ci sono stata 6 anni fa e c'era più magia, piu gente e più attrazioni : dalla hall al ristorante.

Tutto più decadente, in camera ho dovuto telefonare più volte in reception o per asciugamani assenti in bagno , per coperte non presenti in armadio etc. Hanno tolto anche un ristorante e quelli presenti non sono granché, soprattutto quello a buffet.

Stanze a tema molto originali e ben curate!

20€/adulto per la colazione mi sembra un prezzo un po’ eccessivo.

Ho fatto una fantastica colazione e il personale mi hanno seguito molto bene x le mie allergie/esigenze. Peccato che non e compresa nel prezzo della stanza. La stanza molto bella e curata nei dettagli.

C'è da migliorare la pulizia della stanza e bisogna assolutamente cambiare i piatti e le tazze scheggiate o rotte.
