"Sauberkeit super, Personal überfordert"

Es war sehr sauber

Check in um 15 Uhr angegeben aber laut Personal nicht möglich. Wir konnten erst um 15:45 Uhr einchecken da angeblich um 15 Uhr die Zimmer meistens nicht fertig sind. Am check in sehr unfreundlich und konnten kein Deutsch und nur gebrochen englisch. Wir haben dann mitbekommen das auf Italienisch über uns gelästert wurde. Die zimmernummer war dann nirgends zu finden. Auf den Schildern an der Übersicht wo alle Zimmer auf welcher Etage beschrieben sind stand nirgends unsere Zimmer Nummer . Mussten um unser Zimmer zu finden einen anderen Mitarbeiter fragen. Check out dauerte 30 Minuten. Nur 2 Leute vor uns aber es gab bei jedem irgendein Problem. Sorry sowas kennen wir einfach anders. Waren den halben Tag nicht auf unseren Zimmer . Als wir zurück kamen, wollten wir eigentlich nur unsere Badesachen anziehen. Das konnten wir nicht da die Putzkolonne genau jetzt ins Zimmer wollte . Wir baten sie nur um 10 min. Sie verneinten und sagten jetzt oder wir machen ihr Zimmer heute nicht mehr. Echt enttäuscht . Am Pool kann nur mit Karte bezahlt werden. Nicht jeder trägt eine Badekappe. Aber wird Dank auch nicht aufgefordert. Angeblich brauchst du aber eine .
