Puerto Nest Hostel

Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hostel ist eher klein und dadurch entspannt. Die Dachterrasse ist richtig schön und bietet einen tollen Ausblick. Das Hostel ist in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen und daher ruhig, aber gut gelegen.

Die Tür zum 10er Schlafsaal lässt sich nicht richtig schließen, dadurch schützt sie weder vor Geräuschen noch Licht. Wenn es windig ist, drückt der Wind die Tür immer wieder auf. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es kaum eine Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen, da auch die Küche zum Innenhof offen ist.

Kitchen doesn’t open until 8am, which is inconvenient if you have an early check-out. There’s a noticeable smell from the kitchen that drifts into the rooms, likely due to poor ventilation. The hostel could really do with better maintenance— the toilet seat was broken, the shower hook was broken, and some lockers were also damaged. Lockers offer very limited storage space. The terrace could use a tidy-up.

第一次给差评：发生一件有趣的事，当天我9:00出门，然后手机没电了，17:00回到酒店，休息1小时然后出门和朋友吃饭，然后我接到了酒店的电话，问我有没有拿室友的粉色衣服，说只有我和另一个女孩在酒店，是的，他质问我，意思有没有偷室友的衣服？我也表示我没有见过任何粉色衣服，并告诉他我在外面，他还问我什么时候回酒店？极其可笑………据说是一件粉色运动上衣。事情发生他们处理极其不专业，没有主动找原因，排查，而是随意质问、怀疑他人，最后结果衣服是失主自己洗了………差评不推荐该酒店 First negative review: Something funny happened. I left home at 9:00 AM, then my phone died. I returned to the hotel at 5:00 PM, rested for an hour, and then went out to eat with friends. Then I received a call from the hotel asking if I had taken my roommate's pink shirt, saying that only I and another girl were in the hotel. Yes, he was questioning me, implying I had stolen my roommate's clothes. I told him I hadn't seen any pink clothes and that I was out. He still asked when I would be back at the hotel? Absolutely ridiculous… Apparently, it was a pink sports top. Their handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional. Instead of proactively investigating and finding the cause, they arbitrarily questioned and suspected others. In the end, the owner had to wash the clothes herself… Negative review, I do not recommend this hotel.
