The location was good. The roof terrace was cosy.

Bed bugs. Staff were apathetic at best, and when pressed their solution was to change the sheets and mop the floor. People left the hostel because of the situation but they just put more people in those beds. It was horrible. The place was not clean. It’s almost entirely volunteer run and the volunteers clump together in social spaces in the morning and evening preventing others from easily making food or relaxing at night.

La ubicación está bien, distinto al mero centro de Puerto de la Cruz, es agradable. La cocina es grande y tiene lo necesario. La terraza y zona de tele trabajo son agradables.

La verdad fue un hostal un poco sucio, las sábanas sin lavar y una cocina y baños casi sin limpiar. El staff pone música hasta muy tarde (11-12PM), lo cual no es ideal para los madrugueros. Las camas se mueven, y eso molesta cuando la persona que duerme arriba o abajo se mueve mucho, no dormí bien. Algunos del staff son agradables, pero me he sentido más bienvenida en otros hostales. Cuestión precio, no me esperaba a más.
