Great B&B guesthouse. Wuirky, in a nice way, rooms. Great buffet style breakfast.

Nothing major, but not walkable to the lake or downtown. Not an issue if you have a car.

Would have loved a TV. Water machine did not work. Shower and one sink did not drain well. Seemed a little dark in our room.

Staff goes above and beyond. Breakfast had a good variety. They serve homemade muffins in the morning. There are plenty of choices for snacks and drinks 24/7 available.

An absolutely perfect stay — everything was wonderful from start to finish!This hotel is absolutely worth the price! The surroundings are beautiful, and although the building is historic, the soundproofing is surprisingly excellent. The design is flawless — every detail feels thoughtful and refined. They even offer complimentary snacks, drinks, Italian coffee, and milk. The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting that you won’t want to leave once you step inside. Truly amazing! I’ll definitely come back next time! The staff were very friendly!

The entire house was beautiful, gorgeous old rooms, and interesting bedrooms. Gorgeous grounds. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious.

I wouldn’t change a thing

I stayed here 3 days on my visit thru Vermont and Burlington. This was one of my favorite places I have stayed. The property is beautiful. You can really sense the history by staying here. I was in room 4 and it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The morning breakfast is delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect and not too far from Church street and the waterfront. I would highly recommend this property when considering a trip to Burlington.

Beautiful architecture and a great staff making sure that all your needs are met.

The location was great--walkable to downtown with lots of shopping, dining and activity choices. The hotel's lobby area was spacious and welcoming. Our hotel room was nicely decorated but rather noisy; we could hear the hallway noises, street noise, neighbors clanking around in their rooms etc. The bath robe and the coverlet on the bed didn't seem clean.
