"Worst experience I’ve ever had."

Location is close to supermarket & restaurants & that’s about it.

Room never got serviced or towels changed. Booked 3 king rooms with sunset view at higher cost. Check in was 2pm and only 1 room was given with no towels in the room. Got the other 2 rooms at 7pm. 1 was a king room with sunset view and the other was a small room with 2 single beds facing the bushes. With the exception of Jope at the front desk who tried his best to apologize for the inconvenience there wasn’t anything else. They didn’t even offer a refund for giving us 1 inferior room which was cheaper than what I paid for. We checked out early as it was just the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel I’ve stayed in . In Fiji or overseas.

I liked the landscape very much. I liked the behavior of the crew.

I didn't like breakfast . I think the management should invest in The facilities such as T.V. and Air conditioning And the content of the food which is served at breakfast.
