The first 2 nights were nightmare, as I spent both nights with cockroaches all over the toilet and bathroom area, including the kitchen area where the fridge is kept. I found the cockroaches crawling on my food, too.

I didn't appreciate that they located me in a room (307), which had so many cockroaches, YUCK! So disappointing, NALAGi 👎 The environment was not properly maintained, and hygiene levels were far below expectations.

Great location. Good restaurant on site. Free parking. Good air-conditioning.

Check in felt like an interrogation. Beds were very hard. Bathroom needed a deep clean. Weird flooring - stick on vinal lino made to look like polyester carpet squares (?Just why?). Free WiFi but only in your room.

Breakfast was great. Well worth the money and we enjoy our short stay

Maybe the staff in the kitchen should have the Fijian Hospitality that we see everywhere we go. It's sad because it's a beautiful hotel and everything was great except the service given by the cashier during breakfast time.
