Nicole’s apartment was simply amazing. I really appreciated the time she took to go above and beyond for our family, from the fabulous arrival food hamper, specifically tailored timo suit our family to providing toys and blow up pool rings for our daughters. The apartment itself was very homey and has all things you need for a comfortable stay. Our girls highlights were having their evening baths on the balcony. We can’t wait to come back.

The pool is great, rooms not as big as I’d hoped but comfortable, the restaurant at front offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, lots of street restaurant options, parking, spa, and great markets in front of hotel on weekend.

No lift, rooms small, breakfast buffet the most boring and repetitive I have seen. Barely any vegetables or fresh fruit, cake/pastry selection same 3 things every day eg. Coconut cake, donuts and chocolate mini croissants, coffee stations don’t offer non-diary milk, very boring and lacked the 4 star quality of the hotel

"enjoyable relaxing stay - just what i needed"

The pool area and pool bar is exceptional. the serenity pool is a beautiful space and so quiet. the room was also very quiet and relaxing and just what i needed

the gym could be a bit better, maybe updated for hand weights and dumbbells instead of just machines. does the job but in this hotel i would expect better.
