"very disappointing"

locations is good

the reception staff very rude one instance it was pouring hard rain and they refused a umbrella. Not allowed because we were guests from private booking.

The location was perfect and the outside pool with the sandy shore was impressive.

Rooms are a little tired and need a proper clean. For a 5 star resort, I’d expect the rooms to be cleaner.

The outdoor spa and cleanness of the property.

Our accomodation smelled, my wife would’ve appreciated if the sliding doors were left open to have some fresh air.

This was an awesome place to stay. The pool facilities are just incredible. Two pools and a pool bar, both pools have very deep bits and shallow areas. Location is very good, directly opposite the beach. Everything in Palm Cove is pretty much on the Main Street where this property is located. The room had a big balcony with an outdoor spa bath. There was bath salts and soaps provided. Lady at the reception where we collected the keys was super friendly and informative. After-hours drop off easy.

Unfortunately the room was quite dirty. The floor was the worst, needed a vacuum and definitely a mop. The rest of the room was just a bit grubby all round. There is no house keeping during the stay.
