The room 11 had Bed Bugs. Terrible experience. Also there is no more free parking, but they haven't updated their booking profile yet

Mamá Carlota es altamente recomendable, está muy cerca del centro, el personal es muy amable y la habitación fue muy acogedora.

Los puntos a mejorar podrían ser las toallas, están un poco gastadas y eso le resta puntos a la experiencia.

Location, decor and cleanliness. Friendly staff. And free parking! :)

Cheap linens and comforter. Weak water pressure in shower and scarce hot water. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Old towels and noisy at night. (Train. Church bells and people walking about late night / opening doors, turning on lights, etc).

Está muy bien ubicado.

La presión del agua es algo inestable, la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien. No habia dónde colgar las toallas. Es básico.
