La propiedad está muy bien, el gran problema que tienen es el servicio de alimentos y bebidas, es demasiado lento, cuentan con poco personal, parte del personal le falta capacitación y algunos otros llevan a cabo varias funciones operativas.

Está bien… hay cosas por mejorar, precios muy elevados vs porciones de los alimentos, no se entregaron toallas en la alberca, lentitud en servicio y atención, la hacienda es muy bonita

Optamos por no quedarnos y buscar una mejor.opcion en Queretari, no obstante la penalización de no devolvernos lo pagado, porque NO correspondía con las fotografias publicadas. Estuvimos en el restaurante 30 minutos sin qué NADIE saliera a atendernos.

"Publicidad engañosa al describir las amenidades "

El anuncio en la página de hoteles.com es engañoso. Dice que la habitación cuenta con tina de hidromasaje, cosa que es falsa. Al presentar la queja nos dijeron que era problema de la empresa donde se hizo la reservación. Por lo demás, el hotel es bonito, limpio y el personal se desvive para dar una buena atención.
