The facility over all was good and large

The reception staff was a complete show down. Worst reception staff i have seen in years. It took me 40 min for the check out at 6 am in the morning. The guy was a total fresher. Biggest show meltdown. I could had missed my flight because of him.

The food is amazing, especially the dinner buffet. I love global cuisine and have eaten and cooked a lot of it. The dinner buffet at the Picadilly is absolutely some of the best I have ever eaten.
