Excellent clean facilities. Friendly staff and good service

Good facilities, huge king sized bed, they gave additional bed on request. Room service was very fast and prompt. The breakfast spread was very good.

Old world charm to it

The property is bit old but well kept and quite spacious. I was glad to be upgraded to higher category room on a recently done up floor. The bed was very nice good for proper sleep. The only complaint I have is that although my package included one way air transport, hotel did not honor it and advised me to approach Hotels.com. which I did not know how to do.

I enjoyed the breakfast and facilities at this site. Its proximity to a subway/metro station makes it easy to get into the busy parts of Lucknow and the airport. I did not eat lunch or dinner here, but I enjoyed their full breakfast buffet every day for a week, and it never disappointed me. The room was also great and spacious. It was cleaned regularly and the staff was always gracious.

The Wi-Fi situation was disappointing at best. With a family, I could not log onto more than one device at a time, which meant either my phone or my wife's phone, or my kid's tablet got Wi-Fi but never all 3. Even when I did have a connection, it felt slower than 3G. I could download videos using my USA T-Mobile sim card faster than Wi-Fi. This lack of connectivity was enough to drop some points in my book for a hotel in this price range and five stars.
